There's not enough of this in the world, and I'd like to change that. 

The Internet seems to be exactly the wrong place to talk about it, because it taps into a need for things to be black and white, and to battle things that are complicated in the simplest terms. But we have to use the tools we have, so please, be a little kinder today.
